Meet the Team
Darrell Hodgetts - Cofounder & CEO
After a 15-year career managing brand relationships and sales functions across digital media, Doceo Consulting was conceived through Darrell's desire to provide clients with the highest level of service and media management.

Having spent the last 6 years at Tes Global, Darrell developed a passion for delivering impactful, industry-leading initiatives to educators across the world and decided to team up with Paul to launch a full-service agency.
Throughout his years within the media industry, Darrell has worked with the world's biggest companies across a range of verticals, including global news organisations, sports brands and most recently the education sector. He is known for his high energy, attention to detail and providing an exceptional level of service for all of the clients he works with.
Paul Evans - Cofounder & COO
Prior to founding Doceo with Darrell, Paul worked for over 12 years at Tes Global, the worlds leading education title.
Having worked with brands for many years to implement effective advertising campaigns, Paul understands the media buying industry and how to maximise return on investment.

Paul has been known among his peers for his unparralleled responsiveness, attention to detail, and strategic campaign planning. With extensive experience in analysing advertising results across a broad portfolio of brand offerings and services specifically in the Education sector and beyond, he is well placed to provide you with the insights to help maximise your campaign efforts and achieve your objectives.
Okina Mimi - Chief Cuddle Officer
Perhaps the most important role at Doceo, Okina Mimi is in charge of making sure we all take time for ourselves and our families. She keeps us in line if we ever start taking things too seriously and is always there to offer a cuddle when she sees us spending too much time in front of the screen.

Following a career of fighting for the abolition of puppy farms and higher adoption rates, Okina Mimi decided to spend the second half of her life working for the family business and spending more time at home.

When she's not working hard receiving cuddles or going for walks, Okina is keeping Doceo running as a well-oiled machine.
